Government, but the War Department will require some of the

material forming the present ropeway terminal in the Arsenal Yard

for use in the construction of the new terminal at the Lower

Magazine.

This material will, it is understood, be handed over

to the War Department without payment.

3.

The land South of Queen's Road, which is Colonial Military

Land, and has been temporarily occupied by the Admiralty, will

revert to the War Department on the vacation of the Magazines by the

Admiralty.
